*Gap Games Crew take Sunday off so click and collect is only available for orders processed on prior days.

Shipping Times:

Standard Postage*: items are usually sent within 1-3 business days* (M-F).

Insured Standard postage is available for $14

Express Postage*: items are usually sent same business day (M-F) if order received prior to 2pm.*

New Zealand: items are usually sent within 1-3 business days* (M-F).

*Note: Signature on delivery is not included in above costs however is available on request.

*All items are sent with "Authority to Leave" by default

New Zealand Postage Costs:

$20 1-2kg

$30 2-4kg

$40 4 to 7 kg (7kg max to NZ)

*$20 Express post applies for a maximum of 2kg only. Anything over 2kg and item will be sent as standard post and $10 refund will be applied.

COMBINED ORDERS:

Please note that Gap Games will no longer combine separate orders. Postage MUST be paid on all orders requiring postage.

Should you wish to add items to an existing unfulfilled order please contact us on contact@gapgames.com.au and we will endeavour to add these items.

Please note that we can not add additional items to orders that have processed to picking/packing stage.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

- Our distributors will often provide the option to pre-order particular upcoming releases and usually can provide a confirmed allocation.

- We will then provide the ability to pre-order items through our webstore based on the information received from the distributor.

- These pre-order are offered in good faith and with no indication that we will be unable to supply the items within a reasonable timeframe based on information supplied.

*Reasonable Timeframes can change at any time and we reserve the right to make amendments without notice at any time.  Sometimes a pre-order is offered with no Estimated time of Arrival.  We will do all possible to provide clarity in this instance however this may not be available.

- Production Issues,  Logistics and other events can effect timeframes and these are not within our control

- Pre-Orders can be cancelled by ourselves or on behalf of the purchaser at any time with a full refund back to the original form of payment.

- At no time does a pre-order guarantee the delivery of said item should the item not be able to be delivered.

- At all times we will endeavour to provide clarity around any pre-orders however we are not always privy to all information available.

- Until the pre-ordered item is delivered to the post office an order can be cancelled for a full refund based on the original amount paid at the time the order was made, not the current or potential market value of the item.

- Orders with a Pre-order item will not be fulfilled until all items in the order are on hand and in stock.  Please contact us should you wish to have an order part fulfilled. 

- Placing a pre-order through the Gap Games webstore automatically confirms agreement with the above pre-order Policies

- Refusal of Service - Please note that while we will do all possible to provide the best service, we take a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to insults, bullying, abuse and rudeness. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel existing orders under these conditions.
