Minsc, a goodly ranger from Rashemen, and his faithful companion Boo, a miniature giant space hamster, have been a part of the D&D world since they were brought to life in the 1998 computer game, Baldur's Gate. As a man of great strength but limited mental prowess, Minsc relies on Boo for the wisdom and balance in their relationship as summed up perfectly in his own words. “Minsc will lead with blade and boot! Boo will take care of the details.”
