Kings of War: Goblin Fleabag Archers

Fleabags are unpredictable, wild, energy-filled creatures ridden to battle by the bravest (or arguably, the less-intelligent) Goblins - their riders have a life expectancy of a few short battles - the main danger not being the enemy, but the Fleabag itself. Some of these riders show-off by riding no-handed, armed with bows.
