Leviathan "Expressions of Interest" Recap

Placing an "Expression of Interest" will help us better predict our order numbers required.
Please note the following:
- We are under an NDA for pricing. Pricing is released on the day of pre-order. Do not ask.
- This is NOT a pre-order. Placing and expression of interest does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil the item. This is completely dependant on confirmed allocation from Games Workshop. We should receive confirmation of allocation in the weeks prior to release and will confirm that we can fulfill EOI via our Facebook Page.

- We are defaulting to 1 box maximum per person for potential "EOI" fulfilment. Should additional boxes be required then they may be available to pre-order on the day direct from the Gap Games webstore. Note: Due to size and weight of this box we will not be combining multiple orders.
SCENARIO 1 - We get more boxes than "Expressions of Interest"
- Should we have enough boxes to fulfil "Demand" your allocation will be confirmed on the morning of the pre-order via the you have email provided
A) You will receive an order confirmation first with order number - this is not a payable invoice and an allocation order only.

SCENARIO 1 - We get more boxes than "Expressions of Interest"
- Should we have enough boxes to fulfil "Demand" your allocation will be confirmed on the morning of the pre-order via the you have email provided

(As per Games workshop Terms of Sale we can not accept payment prior to the Pre-Order going live)
B) You will then receive another payable invoice Saturday afternoon once the pre-order goes live on the GW webstore. This invoice must be paid for by by 11:59pm Saturday 10Jun23. Any unpaid orders will be returned to stock at 12:00noon Sunday 11Jun23.

SCENARIO 2 - Demand exceeds Supply Significantly
If Expressions of Interest far exceed allocation the EOI will not be fulfilled and all allocation will be listed to the webstore on a "first come first served basis"
SCENARIO 3 - Supply far Exceeds Demand
If Allocation far outweighs demand and the risk of "missing out" is minimal then due to the volume of work required to facilitate expressions of interest, we may at our discretion, release all allocation to the webstore.
SCENARIO 4 - Demand exceeds Supply Slightly (New option)
If demand slightly exceeds supply then we may (at our discretion) reserve a number of boxes for General Sale via the Webstore and fulfill as many Expressions of Interest (based on date order) as we can. We will notify via email any people with EOI that we can not fulfil.

YOUR LODGEMENT OF AN "EOI" REPRESENTS AN AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AND REQUESTS.
