Have your order number ready when you arrive. You'll need it at the fulfilment counter to collect your box. Check your confirmation email before you head in.

Plenty of parking is available in the Gap Village car park — head straight in and find a spot, then walk towards The Blind Tiger. We'll have the lights on so you can find us.
When to arrive
We recommend getting here 10–20 minutes before doors open to secure a good spot in the queue. The earlier the better if you want to be among the first through the door.

Collecting your box
Fulfilment is at the back of the store. Head there first with your order number ready — our team will process your order and hand over your box.

Prize wheel
Once you have your box, you'll receive a token. Take it to the front event space to spin the prize wheel. Win a prize*, browse, and celebrate the launch with the community!
