Recknor, the relentless. Recknor arrived in the frontier town of Varenheim, and in no time he became the best blacksmith in the country. His increasingly demanded presence in the capital, forced him to stay separate from his family for long periods of time.
When Varenheim was under siege, Recknor begged his lord to free the city in order to save his beloved ones. The duke complied with his duty, but after taking precautions, it was too late for many citizens, including the Recknor family. When he found out, he armed himself and broke through the throne hall, killing everybody who opposite him, until he took the life of the duke. “You only had to take up arms and fight, my lord”. Sadly, nobody was alive to learn one’s lesson.
