Order on Demand

These products aren't held in stock. It's ordered in from our supplier once you place your order. That lets us offer a much bigger range than we could ever fit on our shelves.

  • Lead time: anywhere from 1-3 months to reach us, then it's shipped to you or ready for in-store pickup.
  • Payment: taken at checkout, and your order is placed with our supplier the same or next business day.
  • Availability: if the supplier is out of stock or the item's been discontinued, we'll let you know straight away and offer a refund or an alternative.
  • Mixed orders: if your order includes in-stock items, we'll hold everything and send it together unless you ask us to split it.
