Starter Deck ST-07 is led by CHARLOTTE LINLIN, and features many popular chargers from the Big Mom Pirates, such as Katakuri!

The new colour "Yellow" makes its first appearance, making ST-07 a ready-to-play yellow deck! Start playing ONE PIECE CARD GAME with this new colour and catch up with the rest!

This deck introduces the "controller" concept. These cards have effects that let you meddle in both your own and your opponent's life cards. Adjust the life cards as you please and indulge in victory!
