In case of clogging, you can remove almost all cutting chips by tapping the surface of the file with a melamine sponge.
Water polishing is possible, like water-proof sandpaper.
It can be easily cut with a cutter or other cutting tools or torn freely vertically and horizontally due to its plain weave.
