WARGAMING'S MOST CONVENIENT DECALS!
This box includes 36 shield decals for the Ioviani Seniores, a palatine legion of the Late Roman army. Pre-cut for ease of use and ready to apply directly to our plastic shields.
Named for Jupiter, patron of the emperor Diocletian, the Ioviani stood first on the infantry roster of the Western field army—no legion outranked them. They served alongside their sister legion the Herculiani from the Tetrarchy to the fifth century. Pattern recorded in the Notitia Dignitatum.
